Floors in West Jordan
Young slabs and curing compounds
Most coating work is residential garages, along with retail centers, schools and light industrial spaces.
Many slabs are relatively new and may still carry curing compounds, laitance or moisture. Grind off compounds, test moisture, and consider a broadcast flake system that stays forgiving across a big three-car garage.
When to install: Garage season runs from spring through fall, with cold winter nights slowing cure. In winter, heat the garage and the slab, not just the air, and keep resin stored indoors.
Getting supplies: West Jordan orders ship from U.S. Resin Supply nationwide, with shipping added to the order. The closest of our 10 stores is U.S. Resin Supply – Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV, about 423 driving miles away.
