Decorative garages in new suburbs
Most coating work is residential: garages, basements and home gyms, with some retail and office floors.
Homeowners here often want decorative finishes in garages and basements. Flake and metallic systems both work well once the slab is ground, crack-repaired and tested for moisture.
When to install: Cold winters push work indoors, and summers are hot and dry. Mix smaller batches in summer and heat spaces in winter.
Getting supplies: South Jordan orders ship from U.S. Resin Supply nationwide, with shipping added to the order. The closest of our 10 stores is U.S. Resin Supply – Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV, about 419 driving miles away.
