Installers handle manufacturing and machine shop floors, marina-area businesses and homeowner garages and basements.
Older homes often have basements and garages with cracks and seepage. Patch cracks, test moisture and use a moisture barrier where readings are high.
When to install: Coat unheated garages from late spring to early fall. Spring thaw can raise basement moisture, so test again before starting.
