Floors in Quincy
Salt from the sea and the street
Coating work here includes coastal home garages, condo parking areas, restaurant kitchens and a steady flow of basement projects.
Salt air off the water and road salt in winter both wear on floors. Choose salt-resistant topcoats, add anti-skid near entries, and keep cracks sealed so salty water can't get into the slab.
When to install: The ideal install window runs from late spring to early fall. In winter, heat the space and allow longer cure times; on damp coastal days, ventilate and check that the slab is above the dew point.
Getting supplies: Quincy orders ship from U.S. Resin Supply nationwide, with shipping added to the order. The closest of our 10 stores is U.S. Resin Supply – Montgomery in Montgomery, IL, about 1,041 driving miles away.
