for Lexington, KY
Horse farms and rolling bluegrass pastures surround Lexington, a university city with a busy medical and research sector.
Floors in Lexington
Barn aisles and wet, slick floors
Barn aisles, tack rooms and equine facilities sit alongside home garages, campus-area businesses and medical offices on the coating to-do list.
Equine facilities need floors that clean easily and keep footing when wet. Textured finishes using anti-skid aggregate are common, and sealing cracks keeps out moisture and debris.
When to install: Spring rains and humid summers can slow work in open barns, so watch the dew point and plan around dry stretches. Fall is often the easiest window for barn and garage work.
Getting supplies: Lexington orders ship from U.S. Resin Supply nationwide, with shipping added to the order. The closest of our 10 stores is U.S. Resin Supply – Montgomery in Montgomery, IL, about 410 driving miles away.
