Floors in Columbia
Rental turnover and cleanable floors
Coating crews serve rental property owners, campus-area businesses, medical offices and homeowners.
Rentals and student housing need floors that stand up to heavy use and clean easily between tenants. A durable epoxy system with a good topcoat can cut down on repairs and repainting from year to year.
When to install: The summer gap between school years is the key window for rental work, though heat and humidity shorten pot life; plan small batches, early starts and good ventilation.
Getting supplies: Columbia orders ship from U.S. Resin Supply nationwide, with shipping added to the order. The closest of our 10 stores is U.S. Resin Supply – Montgomery in Montgomery, IL, about 370 driving miles away.
