Floors in Central Falls
Tight spaces, old slabs
Landlords updating basements and common areas and small shops and restaurants are typical coating customers.
Old basements and storefronts often have patched, uneven concrete and limited ventilation. Grind and repair carefully, test moisture, and consider a water-based topcoat where ventilation is limited.
When to install: Humid summers and cold winters both affect cure. Heat and dehumidify enclosed spaces to keep slabs within the product's range.
Getting supplies: Central Falls orders ship from U.S. Resin Supply nationwide, with shipping added to the order. The closest of our 10 stores is U.S. Resin Supply – Montgomery in Montgomery, IL, about 1,013 driving miles away.
