Epoxy & resin supply
for Carlsbad, NM
Along the Pecos River in the Chihuahuan Desert, Carlsbad combines potash mining and oil and gas work with a steady flow of visitors heading to Carlsbad Caverns.
Floors in Carlsbad
Mineral salts and heavy equipment
That mix creates demand for heavy-duty mine and energy shop floors as well as clean, attractive floors in hotels, restaurants and gift shops.
Potash and other salts tracked in from mining work can be corrosive to concrete and hard on coatings. Rinse salt off thoroughly, repair damaged areas, and pick a chemical-resistant system with texture for wet floors.
When to install: Desert summers make slabs hot by midday, so coat early and keep products out of the sun; winters are generally mild, which suits garage and commercial projects.
Getting supplies: Carlsbad orders ship from U.S. Resin Supply nationwide, with shipping added to the order. The closest of our 10 stores is U.S. Resin Supply – Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV, about 847 driving miles away.
